Thanksgiving Traditions
Right before we took a break at Thanksgiving, our team enjoyed a festive potluck meal at our Delafield headquarters.
We enjoyed pancakes with a variety of toppings for breakfast, then chicken bog, chocolate fudge torte, banana bread and pecan muffins, and a salami and cheese platter for lunch – all made by our crew.
IPS Payroll Specialist Ruxy McPherson said, “It was so nice to be together again, especially after months of not being in the office and working alongside each other.”
The Season of Giving
Every holiday season, IPS chooses charities to support and this year, we have two local non-profits in mind. We will sponsor a holiday dinner for a family at The Women’s Center in Waukesha and donating to One Hope 27, an organization dedicated to foster care awareness in Milwaukee County.
Meet the Team
Welcome to Adam Huffman, the newest member of the IPS team. Adam joined us at the end of September as our HCM Manager. He’s worked in payroll for nearly a decade and graduated with a degree in business and HR from Concordia University.
“I really enjoy being able to collaborate with others and put forth effective solutions for our IPS customers,” he says. “I’m all about problem solving and seeing things from their perspective.”
When Adam is not at work, he enjoys woodworking and taking his dog to local parks in and around his home in Madison.
