Putting IPS Values into Action & Teaming Up for Good

This holiday season, IPS’s annual charitable initiative is focused on two organizations dedicated to making a profound difference in our local communities:

  • Tricia’s Troops – Based in Delafield, it provides essential financial aid, supportive care, and wellness programming to cancer patients and survivors in southeast Wisconsin, to ease the burden of daily living challenges during treatment.
  • JR’s Pups-N-Stuff – This animal rescue service in Salem saves animals from high-kill shelters, offering necessary medical care and loving foster homes until they find their permanent families.

“This year’s outreach reflects our commitment to both human and animal welfare,” says Sarah Kempf, IPS Client Service Lead. “These organizations help families facing critical health challenges and provide second chances for rescue animals. Their incredible compassion allows us to feel connected to the heart of our community this holiday season.”

These organizations rely on specific donations to meet the needs of those they serve. The wish list for Tricia’s Troops (dedicated to cancer patients) is centered on comfort, including journals, lotions, activity books, blankets, and socks. For the furry friends at JR’s Pups-N-Stuff, the essentials include dog and cat food, playful toys, warm fleece blankets, and garbage bags.

“This effort is a direct extension of our core values to be considerate, mindful, and purposeful in our actions,” adds John Feaman, IPS President. “Whether a family fighting cancer or an animal in a life-threatening situation needs assistance, we are proud to partner with these non-profits that exemplify selflessness and resolve.”
