IPS President John Feaman recently attended the annual TPG (The Payroll Group) Conference held in Bonita Springs, Florida.
At the conference, independent payroll service providers like IPS are able to share their best practices and discuss industry trends. It’s a must-attend conference for John each year to make sure the firm is on top of the most current trends in the marketplace.
“A couple of the hot topics discussed this year were Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, best practices in operations and sales, and using social media for business,” says John. “I especially enjoyed networking with other payroll owners, talking over recent successes and the changing payroll environment.”
