As the summer winds down, the team at IPS has a lot to celebrate, from promotions and work anniversaries to new opportunities on the horizon.
- A round of applause for Debbie Polly and Christina Van Beck on their recent promotions. Debbie was elevated from Tax Specialist to Tax Manager, and Christina is now an HCM Team Lead.
- Congratulations to our colleagues who are celebrating work anniversaries in August and September: Client Team Lead Sarah Kempf (8 years), VP of Sales & Marketing Dan Gotzler (2 years), and Customer Support Representative Nicole Justus (1 year).
- A hot August evening was the perfect setting on Thursday, August 7, for our annual company outing to a Lake Country Dockhounds professional baseball game. Our team and their families enjoyed a night at the ballpark, cheering on the first-place DockHounds as they picked up another win. Sarah Kempf and Theo, Melissa Burton’s grandson, were honored to throw out the first pitch. IPS is a corporate sponsor of the Dockhounds, an official partner league of Major League Baseball.
- And the renovation and thoughtful re-design of the IPS building at 11 Crossroads Court in Delafield has been wonderful for our existing staff since we moved here earlier this year. The extra space allows us to grow and better foster a company culture where people love to work. With an eye on the future expansion of our firm, we’re more excited than ever about what’s to come.
