IPS is excited to have Camille Pierce as our new Operations Manager.
Camille started in the payroll industry 20 years ago and has been with us for four years, most recently as our payroll manager. Her responsibilities include:
- Working on process improvements
- Designing procedures for new and current products/services
- Supporting financial operations, including tax and ACH processes
- Researching and resolving complex issues
As Operations Manager, I can assure our clients that they are getting consistent and reliable products and services,” says Camille. “Streamlining our processes ensures they don’t have to go to multiple people to get resolutions or solutions because all of us are empowered with the tools to meet their needs.”
Camille credits her years of hands-on experience, her education – including her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential – as solid preparation for her new responsibilities. She’s constantly improving her professional skills, having completed a B.A. in Accounting, a B.A. in Forensic Accounting and is working toward an MBA by this summer.
